This berry medley is made from a delicious mix of blueberries, strawberries, raspberries and blackberries. Each of the fruits have been harvested, washed and flash frozen.
These mixed berries have a delicate aroma and a strong and balanced flavour. The mix has been proportioned to maximise taste, balancing the sweetness of the berries and the tartness of the raspberries. All ingredients are A-grade and are free-flowing, with excellent colouration.
Mixed berries can be used in jams, fruit coulis, smoothies, juices, or can be baked in muffins. They can also be used as a garnish on breakfast oats or yoghurt.
