How do I make each smoothie?

Open the smoothie pack, empty the frozen fruits & vegetables into a blender, add 275mL of a liquid of your choice and blend!

Each blended smoothie makes a serving of 500mL (16 oz). 

What liquid should I add?

The smoothies can be blended with most liquids, such as milk, water, juice or other plant-based varieties. We're loving oat milk at the moment!

What blender do I need?

Most consumer blenders will work just fine, such as the Nutri Ninja and Nutribullet. If you are looking for a commercial blender, we recommend Vitamix or Blendtec. 

How long should I blend the smoothies for?

We recommend blending each smoothie for 45 seconds or until it has a smooth consistency.  

Do your smoothies contain allergens?

Our smoothies do not contain any allergens and are also dairy and gluten-free.

Why are your smoothies frozen?

Nutrition - Fruits and vegetables at some supermarkets in Australia can be up to 90 days old after being kept in controlled conditions, which can slowly reduce the vitamin and antioxidant activity. Our fruits and vegetables are snap-frozen straight from the farm at peak ripeness. This locks in the essential vitamins and nutrients so you can enjoy a fresh smoothie when it is convenient for you. 

Convenience - Our mission when starting this business has always been to make health food more convenient. We want people to have a healthy option which is always accessible and which can be prepared easily. Our smoothies can be stored in the freezer for at least 3 months, so you don't have to worry about whether you have healthy ingredients available.  

Texture - Frozen ingredients make the best smoothie consistency as you don't need to chill down the smoothie by adding ice. This means you can pack more fruit & veg into your drink!

Where do you deliver to?

When will my order arrive?

Most orders from metropolitan areas will usually be delivered next day if placed during business hours. Outside of metropolitan areas, orders usually take 2 days to be delivered.
